Independent mastering engineer, based in the woodland of Janakkala since 2012.

Robin started in live sound, moved through recording, and came to mastering in 2012. He built a dedicated studio from scratch in a converted barn in rural Finland, making most of the equipment by hand.

His work covers independent releases and major label projects across music, film, television, theatre and video games. Full credits on Muso.ai.

Built for mastering by Robin, with professionally designed acoustics. The environment is quiet, the monitoring carefully controlled. Well suited to both remote and in-person sessions.

Mastering is the last careful listen before a recording goes out into the world. Balancing the overall sound, checking it holds up on different systems, and making sure nothing gets in the way of what the music is trying to do.
